Close to JBR Beach and they give us a good view and the room is big

just the breakfast buffet should be upgraded

Too crowded on Sunday, in particular the breakfast room

The entire stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, both at breakfast and through room service. There was an incredible view of the sea and the surrounding skyscrapers. The location is excellent, with dozens of cafés and shops nearby, and the waterfront is just a six-minute walk away.

The facilities were not very new, with some scratches on the walls and the room door. The same was true in the breakfast restaurant. However, this did not spoil the stay in any way.

The hotel is close to Marina Beach, the one-bedroom apartment was very spacious, staff amazing

I recently stayed at Ramada Hotel Dubai JBR, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special mention goes to Ms. Sue at the reception, who was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm attitude truly made a difference.The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, right in the heart of JBR, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops.Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend Ramada Dubai JBR to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The staff at reception and concierge all were very helpful and professional. They beautifully decorated my daughter’s bed for her birthday at 2 hours notice. Located on the JBR walk.

The room wa very big, the bathroom was clean,the beds are comfortable.

The breakfast was awful. Not fresh. The room was smelling very badly. It literally smelled strongly of mold. I also had difficulty breathing while sleeping at night. Since the window couldn’t be opened and the air conditioner was too cold, we had a very difficult night.“It was a hotel we stayed at for just one night. We stayed in room 1304. When we went down for breakfast in the morning, they had emptied our room without our knowledge or consent. Moreover, the check-out time was 12:00 and it was only 10:00. Our suitcases were open, our belongings were lying around. They had thrown away our toothpaste and toothbrushes that were in the bathroom. They even closed our suitcases themselves, even though normally no one should touch an open suitcase or bag. When I returned to the room, none of my belongings were there. The room had been cleaned. They had checked out the wrong room. I also spoke with the hotel manager in Cologne. I received an arrogant answer like ‘There might have been a mistake.’ They didn’t even offer a single suggestion to address my dissatisfaction. We couldn’t even brush our teeth. It was a terrible experience. I will never stay there again and I would not recommend it to anyone.”

.Breakfast is poor not to the level of 4 star hotel, the pool is so tinny small I asked for cake to celebrate my husband birthday they said they will provide it complimentary but we receive nothing

Beds and pillows were comfortable. The AC was great. The location is good and the staff are friendly

The lobby barely has AC and feels hot with a strong smell of paint. The elevators’ air freshener smelled horrible. The noise isolation is not the best. Bathrooms in the M1 floor of the meeting room was a disaster. Not being able to checkout after 1 PM where other hotels easily provide late checkouts until 3 PM.

Don't like the smell (it is OK in the room) in common spaces.The lunch and supper get boring after several days

The location of the hotel was fabulous 10 min walk to the Marina beach, 5 min to the Marina promenade and 15min to the metro DMCC station. Apartments were spacious and breakfast was delicious with good choice. Hotel provided beach towels and umbrellas free of charge.

Room temperature a bit too cool - air conditioning can be on or off only and not adjustable.

We got upgraded to the suite so it was a lot of room for us. Location is great - close to Jumeirah beach and Dubai marina. All the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Good breakfast.
